• By accessing or registering, you agree to comply with all terms and laws.
• Unauthorized access or misuse will not hold SMR Sports liable for damages.
• SMR Sports may modify these Terms anytime without prior notice.

Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to register and use the services.
• Minors may use the platform only under guardian supervision.

Service

SMR Sports provides event management, ticketing, and affiliate services to organizers and attendees.

Event Organizer Terms

• Organizers can host, manage, and sell event tickets using SMR Sports tools.
• SMR Sports acts as an agent for ticket sales and payment processing.
• Organizers must comply with laws, obtain event permissions, and update SMR Sports of any event changes.
• Organizers bear full responsibility for taxes and refunds.

Ticket Buyer Terms

• Tickets are sold online; buyers must check for errors within two working days.
• Organizers or venues may refuse entry, alter events, or deny re-admission.
• SMR Sports is not liable for cancellations, lost property, or delayed events.

General Terms

• SMR Sports is not responsible for external links, advertising errors, or future projections.

Intellectual Property Rights

• SMR Sports owns all code, design, and databases of its platform.
• Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
• Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or resale is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• SMR Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or force majeure events.
• Maximum liability is limited to service fees paid during the period of damage.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SMR Sports from claims or losses arising due to violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

Termination

• SMR Sports may terminate your account for inactivity, breaches, or legal obligations.
• All account data may be deleted upon termination.

Legal to Advise

• All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of Palghar, Maharashtra.
• Arbitration proceedings will follow the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Notice & Take Down Policy

• SMR Sports is an intermediary and not liable for user-uploaded content.
• Copyright owners can report infringement at service@smrsports.in.
• Valid complaints will lead to temporary content removal pending legal action.
• SMR Sports reserves the right to block funds or penalize event organizers for policy violations.
