Refund and Cancellation Policies
- Tickets are allowed to be cancelled 72 hours prior to the start time of the event. You can make the request for ticket cancellation to the SMR Sports support team or directly to the event organisers.
- The refund on cancellation of tickets is subject to determination by the event organisers and may vary from event to event. It is recommended that users read the Terms & Conditions of each event before booking tickets.
- If, at any time during the event, it is cancelled, postponed, suspended or delayed for any reason, SMR Sports will not provide refunds nor be liable for any loss caused by such actions.
- It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, SMR Sports will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders once authorised by the event organiser. However, SMR Sports does not guarantee that all ticket holders will be informed before the event date.
- Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue or event organiser. Breach of any rules, or behaviour causing damage, nuisance or injury, may result in ejection from the venue. The organisers may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons. SMR Sports will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
- Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card, or per household. SMR Sports reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this limit without prior notice.
