...............tampons?
does anyone have any tips on inserting???
i have never used one before, but i want to because i play basketball... and yeah i don't want to wear a pad cuz i feel like u can see it through my short..(even though i know u cant..lol)
i think i found the hole.. but idk how the tampon will fit in there!?
um...idk..
does it hurt to get it in?
and i know when i have to change it...duh.

Tampons come with instructions, usually a little diagram showing you how to insert them. This diagram really helped me when I was younger, so I'd recommend it to anyone! 
If you are a virgin and if this is your first time wearing a tampon, I would suggest Playtex gentle glide with the smooth plastic applicator. They are much more comfortable than the tampons with cardboard applicators. And, of course, I'd suggest a thinner-size tampon for your first time using them. Do all of this and it won't hurt.
Yes, the tampon will fit inside of you. Be sure to look at the diagram inside the box to see how far you need to push it up there.
