How do you return nike shoes if they are defective?
I heard that if your Nikes are undurable or just don't work properly, you can ship them to the company and they'll send you back new shoes. Is this true? If so, where do you send them? I'm a softball pitcher and I put a hole in my cleats by dragging my foot in the pitch. Thanks.
if you bought it online then call their customer service to get the proper directions on how to send it back. they might tell you that you have to pay for the shipping with the shoes in it and copy of your purchase with it.
if you bought it thru a store you should be able to return it or get an even exchange for it. sometimes they give you a store credit if you do not have the receipt.
the only exception is if you bought it on sale and it says "no refunds"
